The critical operations in building a mould stay in-house. Our own CNC machines and years of experience let us control quality at every stage of the tool — from machining the mould components through assembly to trials and start-up.
Our own CNC machines let us build moulds for shape moulding machines from the leading manufacturers — Kurtz, Erlenbach, Teubert, Hirsch and others. We make moulds for machines with a chamber width of up to 2500 mm.
Every mould is matched to the specific machine model and its clamping system. If you have no mould documentation, we prepare the design from the part, a drawing or a 3D model.
